Returns and Exchanges

Need to SEND IT back?? No Problems at all...

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order simply send it back to us within 30days of purchase, in original, unused condition (not soiled or damaged, unworn and tags attached) and we will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. We will even cover the shipping cost when we send your exchange back to you!! 

You are entitled to a refund/exchange if one or more of the following criteria is met...

  • Change of mind - You have changed your mind or you are not completely satisfied with the item.
  • Faulty/Damaged - The product you have received is faulty or damaged upon receiving. Our quality assurance is of a high standard however if something has slipped through that could be deemed faulty please contact us on service@disruptiveapparel.com.au so we can make it right for you!
  • The product does not match the description or colour sample on our website.
  • Incorrect sizing/fit ordered.
  • We are required to do so due to relevant laws

The important shit you should know...

  • Returns are processed for the same amount they were originally purchased for and using the original payment method.
  • All return postage costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product please email us at service@disruptiveapparel.com.au so we can sort it out!
  • Due to popularity of certain ranges we can not always guarantee that we will have the requested size/colour/style in stock. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to organise exchange on a different product, back order (only available for certain product) or give a refund to your original payment method.
  • Items returned to us not in original condition as set out above will be, will be sent back to you so please be careful when trying on product.
  • Disruptive is not responsible for returns that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep original proof of postage and or carrier tracking number when sending your returns until confirmation of your return has been received from us.

Wanna know how?

For any returns or exchange requests please contact us by email at service@disruptiveapparel.com.au with the following information:-

  1. Your full name and return address.
  2. The original order number.
  3. The product you are wanting to return/exchange.
  4. The reason for sending it back.

Once we have received and accepted your request to return a product you will be provided with a returns form authorising the return. Place a copy of the returns form with your return and, unless your product has been deemed faulty, just use your preferred secure shipping method to send it back to Disruptive.  Easy as that!

Then what?

When we receive your return we will inspect the condition of the returned products and send you an email confirming the outcome. If your return has been approved it will be processed straight away.

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method used when purchasing the product. There may be delays in pending refunds caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 7 days of us notifying you that your refund has been issued.

Exchanges will be posted back to you free of charge and will be dispatched within the standard shipping time frame of 2 business days. (unless an out of stock product has been selected)

Refunds will only be given upon the return of our product. Disruptive reserves the right to check the condition of all returned product prior to issuing a refund. If it is deemed that the condition of the product does not meet our "Returns and Refunds Policy" this may result is us returning the product to you, at your expense.
